At NOMAMARE, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and defective products.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and you purchase products from our Website, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple goods or shipments delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last good or shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email to: info@nomamare.com

You may use a clear email statement such as:
“I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [insert order details].”

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from your order in accordance with this Policy, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, if applicable.

Please note that if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost of that upgraded delivery option.

We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

3. Returning the goods

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods in the case of withdrawal for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit before they are received by us.

4. Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

However, you are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in a clean, unused, and resalable condition, where possible, and with all accessories or accompanying materials originally received with the order.

Original packaging is appreciated where available, but the absence of original packaging does not automatically prevent a lawful withdrawal return.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may not apply, to certain goods, including where applicable:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;

  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature;

  • any other goods or categories excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

If any product is non-returnable due to its nature, this will be stated on the product page or otherwise communicated before purchase where required.

6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may have rights under applicable consumer law, including the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Under EU consumer rules, consumers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not in conformity with the contract, subject to the applicable legal framework.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

Where the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will inform you of the next steps and, where required by applicable law, we will bear the return costs.

7. Non-returnable items for hygiene or custom reasons

Because some NOMAMARE products may be handmade, limited, or prepared in a way specific to your order, certain items may be non-returnable where permitted by law.

This may include, for example:

  • personalised or custom-made items;

  • earrings or other sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable.

Where a product is not eligible for return due to its nature, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page prior to purchase.

8. Late or missing refunds

If a refund has been approved and you have not received it within 14 days, please first check your bank account or payment method statement again and contact your payment provider.
