Order processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible after your order is placed. If an estimated processing timeframe is provided on the Website or in your order confirmation, we aim to dispatch your order within that timeframe.
Orders are generally processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping destinations
We currently offer shipping to selected European destinations shown on the Website or during checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, this means that shipping to that destination is not currently available. If you have a specific request, you may contact us at info@nomamare.com.
Shipping costs
We currently offer free standard shipping across eligible European destinations as part of our launch period, valid from April 11, 2026 to May 11, 2026, where shown at checkout.
If a destination is not eligible for this launch offer, or if any optional paid shipping service is offered, the applicable charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges, which are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website.
If express delivery, upgraded shipping, gift wrapping, or other optional paid services are offered, these will only apply if you actively select them during checkout.
Delivery times
